Terms of services

1. Services Offered

We provide professional services including, but not limited to:

• Custom software development

• Web development and web design

• Website maintenance and support

• Web hosting (if applicable)

• UI/UX development

• Consulting and technical solutions

All projects are handled professionally and delivered as per the agreed project scope.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear requirements, content, and assets in a timely manner

• Approving work stages within agreed timelines

• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

• Making payments as per agreed terms

Delays in communication or approvals may impact the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are based on the agreement (hourly, milestone, or fixed).

• A percentage of advance may be required before starting the project.

• Invoices must be paid within 10 days of receipt.

• Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

No work will be delivered or launched until the final payment is cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final code/design/content developed for their project.

• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• Any third-party tools/plugins used remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Confidentiality

All client data and project details are treated as confidential.
We may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
We will not share, reuse, or publish any confidential information without written permission.

6. Revisions and Support

• Up to 5 rounds of revisions are included in each project.

• Minor post-launch bug fixes are free for up to [30 days] after delivery.

• Additional changes or enhancements beyond the scope are chargeable.

• Ongoing maintenance contracts are available upon request.

7. Warranty and Limitations of Liability

• We strive to deliver error-free and optimized solutions, but we do not guarantee that all software or websites will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

• We are not liable for losses, damages, or issues arising from third-party services or client-side errors.

• Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total project value.

8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the project by giving written notice.
In such cases:

• Work completed will be delivered upon payment for the portion completed.

• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

• All access and rights will be revoked if full payment is not made.
